Mayor McPartlan called the CRA meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES —March 13, 2013
MOTION by Ms. Coy and SECOND by Mr. Wright to approve the March 13,
2013 CRA Minutes.

5. NEW BUSINESS
A. CRA Resolution No. 13 -01 FY 2013/2014 Budget (Administrative Services
Transmittal, CRA 13 -01, Exhibit A)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY (CRA) ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
OCTOBER 1, 2013 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2014; MAKING FINDINGS;
AUTHORIZING AMENDMENTS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The City Attorney read CRA Resolution No. 13 -01 by title.

The City Manager briefly highlighted CRA budget items such as Special events,
Special maintenance programs and the sewer connection grant funds, and stated the
overall CRA budget for FY 2013/2014 is $347,495K. He recommended approval.
MOTION by Mr. Wright and SECOND by Ms. Coy to approve Resolution 13 -01 approving
the CRA budget.
There was no one from the public who requested input.
Ms. Coy noted this includes $100K for sewer connections which will benefit the
environment and includes properties east of US 1.
Mr. Wright also noted the budget includes funding to finish presidential streets project
which will also provide stormwater improvements.

6. Being no further business, Mayor McPartlan adjourned the CRA meeting at 6:04 p.m.
