For value received, CJD Holdings of Indian River, Inc., owner of the real property
located at 1149 and 1130 Indian River Drive, Sebastian, Florida 32958 (the Subject
Property) hereby grants the City of Sebastian, a Florida Municipal Corporation, its
agents, employees and contractors, including without limitation, Tim Rose Contracting,
Inc., and its sub - contractors, this temporary right of access and construction easement
over the Subject Property for the purpose of constructing the necessary drainage
improvements between Indian River Drive and the Indian River Lagoon as a portion of
the presidential streets project. This easement shall remain in effect for a period of sixty
(60) days from the date hereof unless extended by the grantor.
The grantee insures that completion of the project shall include, if necessary, restoration
of the subject premises to the same or better condition than at commencement of the
project.
