Re: Indian River Drive
Dear Sid:
The City is considering improvements to Indian River Drive within
the City and the City' s riverfront in general . Currently,
Southern Bell has overhead facilities in this area. We, of
course, would like to see these facilities be put underground to
make the City's riverfront area more attractive. In the near
future, we will be looking at installing bike paths, boardwalks
or pedestrian ways along U.S. #1 or on both sides of Indian River
Drive. Is there some way that Southern Bell and the City of
Sebastian could work together as a part of this project to have
the current overhead facilities placed underground? I would
appreciate your consideration and would enjoy an opportunity to
visit with you personally the next time you are in the Sebastian
area.

Bell in serving the needs of our community.
