Mitigation property for the Sebastian Airport SJRWMD Permit Dear Mark: Pursuant to our phone conversation this morning I aryl including my invoice for the above referenced mitigation. As I mentioned in our conversation I no longer use an aip`ecmen; for mitigation services, Upon approval of the permitting agency I transfer the property to I3revard County and provide the agency with the required documentafton of transfer. I then send you and your client a letter confirming the transfer of the property and the agency's confirmation of satisfying the mitigation requirements under the permit. Payment for my invoice is due and payable upon receipt of my confirmation letter. Should the permtttee fail to pay the invoice, I will notify the agency that, the client has not paid (and the mitigation requirements under the permit have not been met) as well as rry intent to use the transferred property for other projects now in permitting I trust this answers your questions concerning our mitiga :ion services, and the procedures for transfer and payment Should you or your client have any questions please call our office, and we thank you for the opportunity to be of sc vice.
