Dear Mr. Young,
The property where the crypt is located is not fully described on the tax papers I have. The tax listing seems to be
Antoinette McNaught Life Estate, c/o G. Henderson" The tax account number is 2959391.
The parcel I sold to C. Steven Douglas (only one "s ") is adjacent and to the south of the parcel with the crypt. The
parcel sold to Mr. Douglas was described as "Sec. 27, Twp. 29, Rgn. 38. The South 1/2 of parcels 512 and 502,
being approx..75 acre." The parcel with the crypt would, therefore, be the North half of parcels 512 and 502 and
would also be approximately 0.75 acre. On the surveys and tax maps in my possession, I can't find any reference
to "parcels 512 and 502," but that's what it says on documents related to the sale to Mr. Douglas.
The address I have for Mr. and Mrs. Douglas is 3950 Hickory Drive, Sebastian, FL 32976. Apparently, they have
not moved to the property they purchased from me. I have two phone numbers for them: (772) 664 -2503 and
(772) 473 -7212. 1 think the first one is the home number, but I'm not sure.
The three people in the crypt are (listed in order of death)
(1) Tessie Moine Magill McNaught (born 10/01/1881, died 11/17/1957)
(2) Frank Field McNaught (born 04/01/1907, died after 1968 –still looking for exact date)
(3) Moses Everett McNaught (born 02/28/1883, died 08/18/1973)
