THIS INDENTURE MADE this 4th day of May, 2017, between Frederick J. Luhrs, Jr,
as Grantor whose address is 666 Brookedge Terrace, Sebastian, FL 32958 and the City
of Sebastian, a municipal corporation existing under the law of the State of Florida of the
County of Indian River, State of Florida as Grantee, WITNESSETH:
That the Grantor for and in consideration of the sum of $1,400.00 to be mailed
minus a 5% administrative fee, the receipt where of is herewith acknowledged, does by
this instrument grant, bargain, sell, release, convey and confirm unto the Grantee their
legal representatives and assigns the following property situated in the City of
Sebastian, Indian River County, Florida, to wit:
All of Lots 33 & 34, Block 16, Unit 4, of the Sebastian Municipal Cemetery as
maintained on file in the records of the City Clerk.
To have and hold the same forever; in fee simple.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has caused this instrument
to be executed in their name and witnessed the day and year first above written.

as maintained on file in the records of the City Clerk
for use in accordance with the conditions, ordinances, resolutions, rules and regulations
prescribed therefore by the City of Sebastian.
