yesterday regarding her request, attached, to place an above the ground
monument in Unit 1 of the Sebhstian Cemetery.
In accordance with the Code of Ordinances the committee must meet to permit
the request I respectfully request that you establish a meeting date for
the committee and address this request.;

Dear Mrs. Vick:
Please be advised that I am in receipt of your letter, dated
July 26, 1985, regarding a request to have installed, in
Unit 1 of the Sebastian Cemetery, an above the ground monument.
This type of monument is permissible only in Unit 1 however,
you must receive permission from the Sebastian Cemetery Committee.
I have requested that the Councilman in charge of that committee
establish a meeting date for consideration to your request. I
will advise you of the committees decision as soon as they advise
me.

Attached, please find a copy of a letter received from
Mrs. Helen Simes Vick•regardinga request to place an
above the ground monument in Unit 1 of the Sebastian
Cemetery. In accordance with Chapter 8, Cemetery, Sec.
8 -33(b) Mrs. Vick would be allowed to place this type of
monument with the consent of the Cemetery Committee. Con-
sidering the aforementioned I respectfully request that
you establish a date for the committee to meet and address
this request.
