PRESENT: City Canvassing Board:
City Councilmember, Norma Damp
City Clerk, Kathryn O'Halloran
Deputy City Clerk, Sally Maio
The City Canvassing Board met at the Indian River County
Administration Building, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach,
Florida, at 5:15 p.m. to begin inspection of absentee
ballots.
Two absentee ballots for the City of Sebastian had been
questioned by Supervisor of Elections staff for inspection
by the City Canvassing Board. The two ballots were
discounted by unanimous consent of the City Canvassing
Board, one for two unlike signatures and the second for no
voter or witness signatures.
Inspection and opening of absentee ballots concluded at 5:35
p.m.

The City Canvassing Board moved to the Supervisor of
Elections Office, where the City Clerk and Deputy Clerk
assisted with receipt and inspection of election returns and
Councilmember Damp observed the tallying of election
returns. Final tallying for the City of Sebastian was
completed at 9:00 p.m.
