Subject: 1 ) Transfer of Indian River Drive from Indian River
County to City of Sebastian Jurisdiction
2 ) CR512 Interconnections
Dear Dan:
As discussed on the telephone today, by the end of January, your
inspection of Indian River Drive through the City of Sebastian
should be complete and you will forward to us your list of
concerns . The plans for parking and boardwalk improvements along
the east side of Indian River Drive will remain on file and a
right-of-way permit will not be issued at this time pending a
resolution of the transfer of Indian River Drive. It is our
understanding that this proposed work is not scheduled until
later in the year.
I would like to meet with you this month regarding the design of
CR512, particularly the intersections at Louisiana Avenue and east
of the elementary school . We hope to meet with all parties that
have any design concerns in the next few months so that
construction can commence as soon as possible.
