A copy of your letter to Ar. Sullivan, in re the above matter,
dated January 29, 1976, which was furnished to the City of
Sebastian, was referred to me for reply.
OLviously, the City of Sebastian has never idvised or required
General Deve:lopmunt Corporation, or anyone in its bcahalf,
to invade in any way, trespass and/or traverse any owner's
property. The City's intent in this matter is good drainage
to serve its citizens. Any matters of trespass or interference
on the property of another, are matters between your company
and the person aggrieved.

Mr. Harry Welch to deliver 2 loads of fill material to
your lot, we are willing to do same.
Please advise this office when you are ready to receive
the fill material and instruct us as to where you desire
the loads to be dumped.
