We are advisors and consultants to St Paul Corporation,
general partner of Sebastian Lakes Associates, Ltd, owner of
the largely undeveloped property on the southwest side of Rte
512 in the City of Sebastian.
Our records indicate you are presently supplying water
to the sixty-four dwelling units presently on the (released por-
tion of) the property.
As such, we have been asked to review your periodic in-
voices and the agreement by which the water is provided. In this
regard, we have asked the assistance of Mr John White II, Esq of
the Nason, Gildan, Yeager law firm in West Palm Beach, as well
as the assistance of Mr John Redmond, CE of Allen Engineering Ce
in Cocoa Beach.
Shortly, we expect to be ready for a meeting with the
appropriate people in your organization in order to discuss the
questions and concerns we have over theservice and its pricing.
We will appreciate your advising us of just with whom,
and where, such a conference should be held.
