RE: Tract B and Tract H, Unit #1, Sebastian Highlands
Dear Mr. Kulczyki:
In follow-up to our previous conversations, I reaffirm the City's
interest in requesting General Development Corporation deed to the
City of Sebastian Tract B and Tract H, Unit #1, of the Sebastian
Highlands Sub -Division. As we discussed, this land is presently
open area serving as the Northeast entrance to the Sebastian Highlands
Sub -Division. The City of Sebastian desires to maintain these tracts
as public parks. In addition, the City's ownership of these tracts
will aid in the reconstruction project scheduled for Main Street.
