St. Lucie, FL 34952 You are hereby notified, on December 20, 2000, Sebastian City Council awarded the Golf Course Renovation Proiect to your firm, in the amount of $587,000.00 per the price stipulated in the Bid Proposal Price Form, dated November 10, 2000, which you submitted. You are required by the bidding documents to execute the Agreement Document (enclosed) and furnish the required CONTRACTORS PAYMENT AND PERFORMANCE BONDS within ten (10) days from the date of this notice to you. The Contractor is required to record all Payment and Performance Bonds and provide the City with the recorded bond or receipt showing said recording. If you fail to furnish the executed Agreement and Payment and Performance Bonds within ten (10) days from the date of this notice, the City shall be entitled to consider all your rights arising out of the City's acceptance of your Bid as abandoned and as a forfeiture of your Bid Bond in its entirety. Paragraph One states a Contractor shall be able to be properly licensed to do business for the City of Sebastian. Paragraph Two states that a Proposal submitted without Proof of Contractor's License may be considered incomplete. It is my understanding that if Links Construction, Inc. is awarded the bid on the "Golf Course Renovation" we then can obtain the necessary licensing from the City of Sebastian as conferred by Kathy Nappi in your Building Department.
