Before we pour four million dollars into a risky rejuvenation of fishing village that may
benefit the promoter more than anyone else, let's make sure the Lagoon stays clean enough
to support the venture. This will require freqent testing of the water by an independent
agency for years to come.
For the benefit of many Sebastian residents, please make sure the Fleming Street Extension
is eliminated forever.
