Subject: Notice of Application for Tax Deed
As of this date, we received a Notice of Application For Tax Deed from the Clerk
of the Circuit Court, Indian River. The property is located in the riverfront area
and the City has a lien imposed on this property via Resolution R-94-53. Mr. Tom
Collins is holder of a tax certificate on this property. The legal description of the
property is: Indian River Hills Sub PBI 4/51, Lot 7, Blk 2 less that parcel containing
sewage treatment plant (or BK 580 PP 363).
