Malfeasance (intentional act of doing wrong) is charged by the very misguided and questionably motivated
leaders of this Municipal Recall PAC, when many things concerning my recall were done wrong or were
grossly misrepresented. They:
• began their Petition drive before May 21, 2020. 1 was sworn in November 20, 2019.
• referenced Florida Statute 100.361(2)Lc)(1), not 300.361(2)(4)(1) Grounds for recall.
• stated that I conducted", plus other serious misrepresentations regarding the April 22nd meeting I
participated in that was convened by Vice Mayor Charles Mauti, where the following transpired:
After Mayor Dodd left to get police, someone he knew temporarily held auto -locking door open and
five people were admitted, Dodd's position as Mayor was rescinded, Charter Officers were
admonished, special meeting was called for April 24th and Damien Gilliams was elected Mayor.
I am a single mother in remission from Stage-4 Non -Hodgkin's Lymphoma and, keeping safe from COVID-19,
am conscientiously trying to earn a living in the real estate and insurance businesses while at the same time
being of service to my community (especially regarding not using potential cancer causing chemicals) as a
duly elected Council Member. I was falsely accused, slandered and threatened, but I will never resign.
