Application is hereby made to the
Board of Adjustment to consider a variance from
ordinance 202 of the City of Sebastian, Florida
to permit the installation of an aluminum
arming over a driveway.
The arming or carport mould be placed
on the North side of lot 7, block 10, at
8C-3 Schumann Drive, Sebastian Highlonds.
Although the structure ,juld encroach
din the ten foot utility easement, nevertheless
a spacious lawn area extending about 20 f@et to
the next dwelling north rrlll not be disturbed.
The awning will measure i0 X 221
and will be of the some construction as a porch roof
on the east side of the building. It will conform
to all the requirements of the building code as
o% to safety and appearance.
Mr, and Mrs. Frencis Jennings, the
nearest home comers, offer no objection to the
project.

come in since last City Council meeting.
The City Council, at a workshop meeting, Wednesday, January 7th,
instructed me to turn this over to your Board for action.
It is the Council% thinking that perhaps you can include it
with your present case, thereby saving an additional meeting.
