Re: Variance to Zoning Ordinance
Request thet I be granted a variance to the Zoning Ordinance #202
under the provisions of State Statute 176.14(3), whereby I may
be authorized to erect a carport over my existing driveway.
+Jhile the above structure will be a literal violation of th e
ordinance since there will be an encroachment of about two feet
on the distance required between houses, there will still be
approximately fifteen feet from the edge of the carport to the
0-41 next dwelling.
Approval of the next door neighbor will be obtained.
