Please be advised that General Development Corporation
recognizes the potential problems that may arise with
respect to minimum side setbacks in Unit Nine due to
an increase in some housing dimensions.
Our intention is not to assume that any and all future
requests for setback variances will be granted but
rather to minimize future variance requests by
101 recommending only those models that will conform to
the setback requirements on the site selected by the
purchaser.

We will arrange to construct suitably smaller homes
no both lot 19 and lot 21, block 416, so that side
easements on both lots will be a minimum of ten feet
