WHEREAS, the City of Sebastian, Florida, appears to have some
right, title and interest in the following-deseribed property:
All of Block A, as shown on plat of property in Sebastian, Florida,
by W. A. Martin, as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 12, records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, and said property being a part
of Lot 6, Section 6, Township 31 South, Range 39 East.
and,
WHEREAS, Jack Baxter, doing business as Jack's Bottled Gas, of
Sebastian, Indian River County, Florida, is desirous of leasing said property,
and,
WHEREAS, the City of Sebastian is desirous of leasing whatever right,
title and interest the City of Sebastian has in said property to said Jack Baxter,
doing business as Jack's Bottled Gas,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Sebastian, Florida,
That it duly authorizes the lease agreement between the City of
Sebastian and Mr. Jack Baxter, doing business as Jack's Bottled Gas, and
That the City Council further authorizes the Mayor to execute said
lease agreement to be attested by the City Clerk and the City Seal to be affixed
thereto.
