wife~ have oi'fered to purchase of and from the City of Sebastian,
Florida, at a co~sideration of ~15.00 cash, the following des-
cribed property, to-wit:
Lot 1~ Block 1, of School Park Subdivision, according to
replat of said Subdivision recorded in Plat Book ~, at page
~, Public Records in ~he office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of Indian River County, Florida.
and,
V~>±EI~tJAS, said property is not held by said City for any
public or municipal purpose and is property which has been acquired
by said City for non-payment of its Tax Liens vhereon and is held
for sale; and said ccnsideration offered to be paid for said
property being not less than vhe fair value thereoi~; and it being
to ~he best interest of this City so to do; therefore~
RESOLVED, that the City of Sebastian sell to ~he purcl~as-
ers aforesaia the property described and at the consideration
hereinbefore stated, and ~hat the ~ayor and City Clerk of said
City are authorized to execute, acknowledge and seal with the
City Seal deed of conveyance of said property to said purchasers
and to deliver such deed to sai~ purchasers upon receipt by the
City of ~he full consideration to be paid therefor as above
stated.
