RESOLUTION R-96-83
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN,
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A
CAPITAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1996-1997
AND A 5 YEAR CAPI TAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
FOR THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN FOR FISCAL YEARS
1997-2001; PROVIDING REPEAL OF RESOLUTIONS
OR PARTS OF RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Sebastian, Indian River County, Florida
finds that it is in the best interest of its citizens and taxpayers
to provide for financial planning; and
WHEREAS, a detailed Capital Budget is necessary for the proper
annual operation of the City and its desired Capital program;
WHEREAS, the Capital Improvement Budget and the five year
Capital Improvement Programs have been reviewed by both the City
Council the City Planning Zoning Commission;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEBASTIAN, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA as follows:
SECTION 1. The Capital Budget for Fiscal Year 1996-1997 and
a 5 year Capital Improvement Program for the City of Sebastian is
attached hereto.
SECTION 2 .
All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
