Prepared agenda packets and minutes for six Regular City Council meetings; one City Council workshop, five Special meetings, one Council Retreat, three CRA meetings, one Board of Adjustment meeting – attended meetings for a total of 48 hrs. ? Two Ordinances Adopted ? 13 Resolutions Adopted ? Coordinated with recipients for preparation and presentation of two proclamations ? Placed 11Council agendas in the Press Journal ? Placed two legal notice in Press Journal ? Deputy City Clerk administered one code supplement with Municipal Code Corporation and distributed to staff ? Coordinated travel reimbursement for two members to annual FLC conference Records Management Program ? Responded to 137 public records requests ? 15 bags of duplicate and OSA records destroyed by Shred-It - 5 trees saved ? Scanned into Laserfiche 22 sets of minutes, 23 agenda packets, 11 Resolutions, 2 Ordinances, 8 agreements and 42 Cemetery files – 9 other documents ? 150 Building Permit Folders with Plans scanned by the Building Dept. were imported, reviewed and verified by RPM Election Matters ? Worked with Supervisor of Elections Office to provide space in old schoolhouse for early voting for 2008 City Board Matters ? Filled four Board vacancies ? Records Program Manager recorded 3 Natural Resources Board meetings ? Prepared 21Certificates of Appreciation for Mayor presentation ? Records Program Manager and Clerk attended Emergency Management staff meeting Cemetery Matters ? Certificates of Interment Rights for 17 locations issued for a total of $17,500.00 ? New Cemetery rate increase resolution and ordinance adopted and local funeral homes notified of new rates and rules Community Matters ? Visit from City Manager and City Clerk from Cocoa Beach to tour City facilities with City Clerk Personnel/Educational Matters • Administrative Secretary retired – position moved to City Manager - staff reduced to three personnel ? Deputy Clerk attended one-day IIMC approved continuing education classes on Sept. 14, 2007 ? Purchased new BIS digital recording system for Council Chambers and with assist from MIS provided training for all recording secretaries
