Prepared nine agenda packets and 11 sets of minutes for six Regular City Council meetings; zero City Council workshops, one Special meetings, three CRA meetings and one Board of Adjustment Meetings – attended meetings for a total of 26 hrs. ? Zero Ordinances Adopted ? Three Resolutions Adopted ? Coordinated with recipients for preparation and presentation of two proclamations ? Placed six Council agendas in the Press Journal ? Placed seven display notices in Press Journal ? Deputy City Clerk administered one code supplement with Municipal Code Corporation and distributed to staff ? Recorded two deed of easements ? Recorded zero final plats ? Coordinated travel reimbursement for one member to Tallahassee Records Management Program ? Responded to 75 public records requests ? 85 boxes of records that reached retention or were scanned & 20 bags of duplicate and OSA records destroyed by Shred-It - 17 trees saved ? Scanned into Laserfiche 19 sets of minutes, 21 agenda packets, 3 Resolutions, 0 Ordinances, 8 agreements and 111 Cemetery files – 4 other documents ? 72 Building Permit Folders with Plans scanned by the Building Dept. were imported, reviewed and verified by RPM Election Matters • Assisted Supervisor of Elections with Early Voting January 14 to 26 • Clerk prepared ten candidate handbooks • Clerk pre-qualified four candidates City Board Matters ? Filled two Board vacancies ? RPM recorded four Natural Resources Board meetings ? Prepared three Certificates of Appreciation for Mayor presentation ? Coordinated registration for eight board members to training class Cemetery Matters ? Certificates of Interment Rights for 17 locations issued for a total of $ 25,000 Personnel/Educational Matters ? Deputy attended five hours in-house conflict supervisory training
