Maio, CMC City Clerk and Deputy City Clerk, Jeanette Williams; Information Specialist, Ann Rousseau; Administrative Secretary, Joanne Sandberg; and Records Management Specialist, Jennifer Maxwell Date: January 8, 2002 Employee of the Year $ Information Specialist, Ann Rousseau named Employee of the Year Cemetery Files $ Continuing effort by staff to collate old cemetery files for units 1 and 2 for input into cemetery software Education $ Deputy City Clerk attended one week Career Development Institute in Palm Beach Gardens in October sponsored by IIMC and FACC - working toward Certified Municipal Clerk certification $ City Clerk attended 3 day Master Municipal Clerk Career Development Institute - working toward 2nd sustaining membership in Master Municipal Clerk Academy $ Records Specialist attended one-day records seminar in Daytona $ City Clerk and Deputy Clerk started attending monthly Indian River County Clerks Luncheons $ City Clerk and Deputy Clerk attended one day elections seminar in Palm Beach County $ Deputy Clerk and Records Specialist attended one day FACC Central East District seminar and luncheon in Titusville relative to records manual Records Management Program $ First draft of City Records Management Manual under review $ Submitted first ever compliance form to State of Florida Division of Archives and Records Management in accordance with new records law $ On-going up to date scanning of agenda packets, minutes, ordinances, resolutions 3/12/02 Election $ Prepared election packets - advertisements placed for 3/12/01 election $ Two candidates submitted designation of campaign treasurer and depository forms Public Matters $ Assisted with coordination of: Student Government Day - purchased goody bags and prepared them for all students - prepared audio and videotapes of mock meeting and delivered them to all schools Citizen Open House - provided location for Supervisor of Elections to present new voting equipment Make a Difference Day Food Drive Relay for Life City Team Channel 25 Powerpoint Presentation/Meeting Broadcasts $ All broadcast equipment moved to MIS area in Finance and access provided for staff by installation of PC Anywhere by MIS Network Administrator $ Information Specialist continues to expand the very successful Channel 25 presentation $ Council meetings now being broadcast on Channel 25 Monday and Tuesday following meetings
