B ay s h o re Drive Indian River County - by %cam Miami, Florida 33131 SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED 4114- THIS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED made and entered this C�5 day of 1986 by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a cor po tation existing under the laws of Delaware, and having its principal PI c of business at 1111 South Bayshore Drive, Miami, Florida 33131, hereinafter called the Grantor, to the City of Sebastian, Florida, a municipality incorporated under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter called the Grantee: (Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee" include all the parties to this instrument and the heirs, legal representatives and assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations.) WITNESSETH That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the Grantee all that certain land situate in Indian River County, Florida, vis: Tract D, Block 251 of Sebastian Highlands Subdivision, Unit 10, according to the plat of same filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida, in Plat Book 6, Page 37E.
