Trustee of the Henry J.Dabrowski Irrevocable Trust Under Revocable Living Trust Agreement
dated July 17,2007("Affiant"),who deposes and says:
1. Affiant is the Successor Trustee of the Henry J.Dabrowski Irrevocable Trust Under
• Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated July 17,2007(the"Trust").
2. Affiant resides at 28826 Ramblewood Drive,Fannington Hills,MI 48334.
3. Affiant certifies that this Certification of Trust pertains to the trust property located at:
See Exhibit"A"attached (the"Property").
4. Title to the Property is currently vested as:
Henry J.Dabrowski Revocable Living Trust dated July 17,2007
5. The Trust is: X Irrevocable. Revocable.
6. Affiant certifies that the Trust is currently in existence and has not been revoked,
modified,or amended in any manner that would cause the representations contained in
this Certification of Trust to be incorrect.
7. The Trust provides that as trustee,Affiant has full power and authority to mortgage
and/or convey the Property without obtaining consent from any Trust beneficiary.
8. The Settlor of the Trust is Henry J.Dabrowski.
9. The Property is: Homestead. X Non-homestead.
10.That this Affidavit is made for the purpose of inducing Commonwealth Land Title
Insurance Company/Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation to insure title to the Property.
