At the time of the grant application, Norbert Kreyer had successfully foreclosed on the owner listed with the property appraiser's website however; a new Certificate of Title had not yet been issued. The new title has since been issued and the appraiser's website has been updated. Also, Mr. Harvey indicated the Sebastian Harbour Ltd. was not current with their state corporate papers. We have notified them and they have indicated via e- mail they are remedying this item.
