I am in receipt of your letter dated February 6, 2012 accepting the City's 2011 Stewardship Report.
In that letter you request documentation on lease revenue received by the City. This notice is to inform you that
no revenue was collected in rent for the aforementioned project. If you recall, the lease established a lease
payment or investment into the property via the"lease credit" option in paragraph 6 of the City FLS lease.
The City has accepted such option and enough investment has been placed into 1540 Indian River Drive to credit
the lease for the term of the agreement (10 years).
