County Attorney Martin County, your payment is based upon 69% of the $12,351.83 shown on the
attached DEP invoice. The Authority's share is $8,522.76. The Authority's 2009
semi-annual payments are as follows:
January 2009 $4,261.38
July 2009 $4,261.38
