Agenda Item Title: Working Waterfront Shoreline Rock Installation
Recommendation: Approve funding for Shoreline Rock at Fish House
Background: During the process of the Fish House renovation at the
Sebastian Working Waterfront, it became apparent that
the existing `shoreline rock' was not in conformance with
requirements of controlling permitting agencies. At the
10 September 2014 CRA meeting, Staff made application
for funding of the 'rip -rap' rock replacement. Contingent
on CRA action, staff will improve the shoreline rock in
accordance with appropriate agency requirements.

AGENDA ITEM TITLE: Approve Funding for Shoreline Rock at Fish House
RECOMMENDATION: Move to Approve Funding of Shoreline Rock Project
BACKGROUND:
The project is to reconstruct the existing short -line bluff with rocking material in the Working
Waterfront area. The construction will require permitting from the various agencies (St. Johns
River Water Management District and US Army Corp). The construction cost is estimated at
$20,000.
